Registration for ICES Kindergarten in May
The 2010-2011 Irwin County Elementary School kindergarten registration days will be May 10 and May 24 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Call ICES to schedule an appointment at 468-9476. The child must be 5 years old before Sept. 1, 2010, and is not attending Irwin Pre-K or Irwin Head Start. The child must attend and the parent should bring the child's social security card, birth certificate and immunization form.

Boy Scouts to hold bake sale
The Boy Scouts of Troop 832 will hold a Bake Sale to help raise funds to aid them in attending summer camp. It will be held at Peck's on Sat., May 8 from 8 a.m. until. Donations will be accepted. Mother's Day is Sunday, get her favorite cake!
